Big Controversy Over Amanda's Life Changing Weight Loss. The Story is Going Viral - Has She Gone Too Far?

here's the video - she has gone too far
Amanda's Interview After Her 88-Pound Weight Loss With The Tolerance Suppressing Method.
A local woman has documented her incredible 88 pound weight loss with a series of photos showing just how dramatically her body, and self-confidence, have changed.
36-year-old Amanda, used an Advanced Tolerance Prevention System to radically alter her 222 pound frame.
By sticking to this advanced formula and doing “virtually zero intentional exercise,” Amanda managed to shed excess weight, all while gaining self-confidence.
“When I started taking progress pictures, I could only take one photo of myself. I hated the way I looked.”

Amanda documented her amazing transformation online and an astute commenter pointed out the obvious. “Amanda’s smile gets bigger as her waist gets smaller.”
“When I started taking progress pictures, I could only take one photo of myself. I hated the way I looked,” she wrote. “I had so little self-confidence that the thought of success honestly never crossed my mind. It was when I read an article in a magazine. The one about tolerance effect and the research pointing to the only product that had it. It was just something mentioned by a researcher they interviewed. He simply mentioned Slimfy was the only product that didn’t lose effectiveness and actually improved the longer you took it. I guess that’s what tolerance suppression is...
...I really had no idea how much this was going to change my life.
Along with Amanda's success, Slimfy has everyone questioning how they think about weight loss. Most weight loss products claim to offer secret fat burning ingredients, but the true secret is within the correct dosage and mixture of specific detoxifying and fat burning ingredients and how your body reacts and absorbs them over a period of time.

"How Do I Use It?"

"It's actually quite simple. I just take two pills a day.” Amanda wanted to make sure we understood, if people wanted to get results like hers, the key was to use The Full Cycle (All Three Stages)
"The trick I learned was to keep using Slimfy thru all 3 stages.

While I saw some weight loss during the first 30 days in Stage 1, I learned, I first needed to detox and that’s mainly what the first stage of Slimfy does. It was during the next 30 days, during Stage 2, that I saw dramatic weight loss that continued through Stage 3 and led to all this crazy attention!"

How Does It Work?

Slimfy's progressive three-stage system uses unique compounds of GLUTEN FREE, NON-GMO and ORGANIC ingredients in each stage. The manufacturer claims: “Slimfy has already helped millions of people around the world to experience a happier and more fulfilling life through successful weight-loss.”
Slimfy's ground breaking Tolerance Prevention System was created by experienced group of nutritionists, endocrinologists, and experts in health and beauty. Their research demonstrated how the human body must diversify the ingredients in weight loss formulas for the products to continue working.
Although we were skeptical, we wanted to find out for ourselves if this product could actually do everything that it claimed. We were overwhelmed with the results. Most of the success stories talked about combining all Three Stages of Slimfy to achieve maximum weight loss result. The idea behind combining the three formulas was discovered when studies had shown that people who regularly take supplements or medication develop a phenomenon called tolerance (if the substance is used for around 30 days or more)

Physical tolerance:

Physical tolerance occurs when an organism builds up a resistance to the effects of a substance after repeated exposure, decreasing the amount of the substance reaching the site it affects. This is usually caused by an increase in induction of enzymes required for degradation of the supplement or medication. After further evaluation of the tolerance phenomenon, the research team decided to proceed with Slimfy, as it was the only product on the market meeting the requirements of the study.
In the past, Slimfy has offered something called "The Introductory Kit", a highly discounted or sometimes even free initial supply, all to help new customers start their weight loss journey. It’s a limited time offer, so check their website if it's still available.

This Is What Will Happen When You Eat Avocados Every Day

Post Image
Youve probably seen avocados being touted as a heart-healthy superfood in recent years. Realistically, the truth isnt too far off from the hype. The next time youre grabbing that burrito or turkey sandwich, you might want to consider adding a healthy dollop of guacamole. Here are four reasons that you should consider eating a little bit of avocado each day.

1. You may reduce your risk of heart disease.

Heart disease is the number 1 killer in the United States, affecting nearly 27 million adults, so it only makes sense that we would want to protect ourselves by being more health-conscious in our dietary choices. Avocados have been shown to positively benefit our cardiovascular system in a number of ways due to its low saturated fat and high unsaturated fat content (predominantly the monounsaturated fat (MUFA) variety). Consuming excess saturated fat (>10% of total calories) may raise your LDL and HDL cholesterol and triglycerides. On the contrary, consuming adequate unsaturated fat in your diet may help lower LDL-cholesterol (bad cholesterol), maintain HDL-cholesterol (good cholesterol) and potentially improve your insulin sensitivity.
In addition its nutritious fat content, avocados also contain a potent mix of nutrients (e.g., potassium and lutein), including plenty of antioxidants such as carotenoids, callexanthophylls and phenols. These compounds can help prevent inflammation and oxidative stress in the blood vessels while facilitating improved blood flow.

2. You may have an easier time maintaining your weight

Eating fat to lose fat; who would have thought? Avocados can help with weight-loss and maintaining a healthy BMI by promoting a feeling of satiety. A recent study showed that including avocado in meals helped extend feelings of fullness and reduced the desire to overindulge. The belly-filling properties of avocados is aided by their high fiber content, about 14g per fruit on average. In addition, higher avocado consumption has been associated with smaller waistlines and lower BMIs in observational studies. Lastly, some research has even shown that weight-loss diets higher in MUFA, like the kind avocados are packed with, may prove healthier for your heart than low-fat weight-loss diets.

3. You might reduce your risk of cancer

Avocados provide us with numerous phytochemicals that may help prevent cancer, including the previously discussed xanthophylls and phenols. A protein compound called glutathione, along with the xanthophyll lutein (both found in avocados), have been associated with decreased rates of oral cancer. Preliminary data also show promising results for avocados potential role in reducing risk of both breast and prostate cancers. Additionally, preliminary studies demonstrate that a specific type of fav derived from avocados is able to exert anti-cancer effects on acute myeloid leukemia cells. Together, these studies show that further research needs to be conducted to draw more conclusive results.

4. You will protect your skin and eyes well into old age

As it turns out, avocado carotenoids do quite a number of things for our body. Both lutein and another compound found in avocados called zeaxanthin can slow age-related ocular decline and prevent vision dysfunction. In addition, these same two nutrients also act as buffers against oxidative UV damage, keeping our skin smooth and healthy. The bioavailability (ease of absorption by our body) of carotenoids from avocados compared to many other fruits and vegetables makes eating avocados every day a sensible choice.

Aside from the multitude of health benefits, avocados have the extra bonus of being a tasty, creamy food that can be incorporated into shakes, desserts, dips, and toppings. So dont be afraid to add avocado!

I slept with over 80 women, infected my wife with HIV – Actor, Hanks Anuku

Hanks Anuku
Popular Nollywood star, Hanks Anuku has disclosed to City FM Radio in Ghana that he allegedly infected his wife with HIV and slept with 80 women.
He said this happened when he left for Zambia without his family in 2011 to take part in plays teaching about HIV and AIDS.

“Life in Zambia was heaven on earth because we could enjoy life, moving in all places but I was missing my family. During that time I had quite a number of s*xual activities and I slept with different women. When I came back home I never took care of the family. I started drinking and became an irresponsible husband, leaving the entire burden to my wife,” he said.

The actor who is also known for his criminal roles in Nigeria home movies said he is now a born again Christian and regrets all his acts in the past.

“I got tested while I was in Zambia after one of my girlfriends advised me about her pregnancy. She had gone for pregnancy tests and during that time, she was tested for HIV and the results were shocking, she was positive. She forced me to get tested but I could not come to terms with the results. After I got tested, I came back to Zimbabwe and I kept quiet about the issue. I never told my wife about the issue. I infected her, but I regret. Later on, I received some counseling and it went well,”
Hanks said his fame misled him into doing things which he wasn’t proud of.

“During my peak of popularity, I had s*x with approximately 80 women, within Harare and Zambia. In 2002 it was so amazing to be on TV. I abused the fame. To make matters worse, I lacked counseling and I failed to handle it properly,

Marriage crisis: Celebrities beg Tiwa Savage, Teebillz to work it out

Tiwa-savage-and-Teebillz
Following the ongoing marital saga involving Nigerian music star, Tiwa Savage and her husband, Tunji Balogun, aka TeeBillz, some Nigerian celebrities have expressed their opinion in handling marital crisis.

In a chat with HipTV, actress Omoni Oboli, standup comedian, Okey Bakassi, and radio and television On Air Personality, OAP, IK Oskioduwa, say marriage is supreme and begged the duo to work it out.

Bakassi shared his opinion pleading that they (Tiwa and Teebillz) must have something special, which brought them together. He said instead of going their separate ways, they should “think.”

The rib cracker said, “Tiwa and Teebillz came together in the first place for a reason; there must have been a connection.

“Please, look back to that thing that brought you together. I don’t want to believe it is completely dead,” he added.

In her opinion, Omoni said there are sacrifices couples must make to uplift their relationship, give mutual respect and more.

According to the mother of four, “No marriage is perfect. There is not one marriage in this world that is perfect.

“The thing is to find that place where both of you can work out whatever issues that you have because it is sure thing to have issues in marriages. It’s impossible for you not to have issues but if you have made up your mind that you are going to be together, and you might as well be happy being together, you have to decide.

“Being happy in a marriage is a decision that you have to make. If you have decided to be happy, you will do everything it takes to be happy, so you are going to have some compromises here and there.

“If you were working 80 hours a week and it was affecting your marriage, you might have to cut it down to 70 or 60. Marriage is about compromise; give a little, take a little,” the Delta-born thespian added.
For the OAP, IK Oskioduwa, the idea of family issues being displayed on the social media is shocking.

He said, “I hate for someone to be talking about my marriage.
“I think everybody should leave everybody’s marriage alone, let us set out our marriage ourselves,” he added.

However, a source disclosed that the president would assent to the budget tomorrow (Wednesday) should the lawmakers make all the corrections and transmit the document to him tonight.
