Two persons reportedly died in Tai and Bodo City in Gokana and
Tia local government areas of Rivers State during the rerun election
for national and state assemblies held yesterday, Dec. 10th.
One person lost his life in Tai during a gun battle at Luawii community, Tai Local Government Area.
Unconfirmed
report said a young man identified as Musa (pictured in red) was killed
when members of the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS), who were
escorting a top APC chieftain reportedly invaded Bodo polling unit where
they shot sporadically in the air before carting away election
materials.
