You may think your doing your body a great deed by downing a cup of joe each morning before work, but in actuality you’re causing extreme harm to your digestive system.



When drinking coffee with no food in your body, hydrochloric acid is released inside of your digestive tract. This is why experts say you should NEVER drink a cup first thing in the morning.
