CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA
(www.cbn.gov.ng)
Press Release
BVN: Bank Customers Beware
It has come to the notice of the Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN) that certain
unscrupulous individuals have been sending unsolicited mails and text messages to
unsuspecting bank customers, alerting them about deactivation or suspension of
their bank accounts due to uncompleted Bank Verification Number (BVN)
registration process.
An example of such messages reads thus; “Dear customer, due to the new BVN
policy by the CBN your account has been deactivated and to reactivate, call……”
The Central Bank of Nigeria wishes to warn individuals and the general public that
those messages are intended to lure bank account holders to reveal their personal
details with which the fraudsters could use to defraud them.

The public is therefore warned that neither the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and
deposit money banks nor their employees or agents would ever call bank
customers or send e-mail/text messages requesting for passwords, card details or
personal identification number (PIN).

Bank customers are therefore advised to personally visit their banks for any issue
requiring disclosure of personal bank details.

Why I don’t take my wife to events – Ramsey Nouah

Ramsey-Nouah 2
Nollywood Actor, Ramsey Nouah has revealed why his wife of 14 years, rarely accompanies him to social events.

While speaking to journalists at the premiere of the 30 days in Atlanta movie which held recently, he claimed her absence was to balance the equation to avoid them both being in the spotlight.
“I have a very beautiful wife who understands me and understands my profession. We both have an understanding of how to actually deal with things; the showbiz life, with people who go around destroying your family rather than helping it. So, we are compatible like that. That is why we have that good union.
It is part of the reason that is how we actually balance the equation, we try not to be all up in everybody face, everybody now knows my family and they can say this about her and about me that’s the beautiful way to actually keep it. We are 14-years in marriage and we are still going and I love that.” He stated.

When asked why he hasn’t embraced politics like his Nollywood counterparts, he said: “ I think they are looking out for changes, movie as you can tell, talks about the ills in the society, talks about problems that we find down the street; matrimonial problems either health problems, cancer, abandoned children. All these things we find in our society that we talk about in our movies. And some of our artistes are beginning to see that they can actually be a servant of the people to help rectify those things because they know their pain, so they are thinking we can go”

8 Months ago, I Had A Small Penis and Was A One Minute Man, Now The Story....Peter Adeyemi

8 Months ago, I Had A Small Penis and Was A One Minute Man, Now The Story Has Changed. Here is How You too Can Increase Your Penis Size & Last More Than 25 minute Like I Do Using A Natural, Permanent, No side-effect Solution.

From: Peter Adeyemi
Lagos, Nigeria
Before I tell you my story, you need to know that…
It was not easy for me to write this letter… because in it I share a personal life experience, that honestly, I’m embarrassed about…
But I also know a lot of men want to know how to last longer in bed, stop premature ejaculation and give women more satisfaction in bed… so that’s why I went ahead and wrote it, anyway.
When you see a man that has a well-paying job… married to a beautiful woman… drives nice cars… and lives in a fine house in a ‘tush’ estate… you automatically assume that he is happy.
But the truth is, although I live a comfortable life,
I was NOT a happy man.
I was actually suffering in silence, but couldn’t tell anyone about it.
I Had… An Embarrassing SECRET That I Tried To Hide As Much As Possible
The problem was – I had a serious case of premature ejaculation. I could only last a few seconds in bed. In fact, sometimes, I’d cum before penetrating a woman.
And, to make matters worse,
My penis Was so small…
…that women use to make jest of me when they saw how small it was.
Because of this, I felt like a TOTAL FAILURE when it came to women matters.

BUT The Really Sad Thing Is…
Even after I got married, the problem continued to raise its ugly head… (and, it eventually destroyed my marriage, as you shall see)
Quick Fact:
Whether you know it or not, the fact still remains that…
Women Love Good Sex!
Not just any type of sex, but good sex – the type that makes them scream your name with pleasure as they get intense orgasms.
That is what women want… and my ex-wife was no exception.
Unfortunately, for over 3 years of our marriage…
She NEVER Enjoyed Sex With Me… Not Even Once!
(No thanks to the problem of premature ejaculation and small penis that I had)
We tried, and tried so much to find a solution to these problems – herbs, drugs, concoctions, e.t.c
…But Nothing Worked!
But after 3 years, the frustration began to take its toll on her. And, my once-gentle and loving wife started to nag and was always picking quarrels with me, over little things.
And, I didn’t know what to do!
So, I tried to impress her in every way possible.
Romantic dinners, expensive gifts, surprise treats, e.t.c. I thought that I could somehow distract her from the reality…
…but obviously, those things can never take the place of real sexual satisfaction that women desire.
My worst fears eventually came to pass…
When I discovered my once-faithful wife was having an affair with another man.
She was cheating on me with another man – right on our matrimonial bed. I caught them red-handed in the shameful act!
I will not like to get into the graphics details here… because up till now, it is still depressing. And, it will surely bring back sad memories which I don’t want to remember.
I was devastated… and couldn’t sleep for days.
I almost lost my mind!
But thank goodness, because that ugly incident was actually…
A blessing in disguise
You see, at that point, I knew something had to change; or else, this shameful incident would keep happening to me repeatedly, even if I marry another woman.
And that would be too painful to bear.
So, I began a desperate search… until I discovered the solution that turned my life around!
…a FINAL solution to the two problems that almost ruined my life also made me ‘waste’ thousands of Naira for years, with no result.
And…
I Never Imagined That Such A SIMPLE Trick Could Change My Life For Good
It’s so amazing!

Stop oral sex, it causes cancer – Experts warn

sex-in-Africa
Men are twice as likely as women to get cancer of the mouth and throat linked to the human papillomavirus, or HPV, one of the most common sexually transmitted infections, researchers say.

For men, the risk of HPV-driven cancers of the head and neck rise along with the number of oral sex partners, researchers said Friday at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) annual meeting in the US capital.

Nearly two out of three of these oral cancers in the United States and most western nations are caused by infection with the HPV 16 strain of the virus, and incidence of cancer is on the rise in recent years, said Gypsyamber D’Souza, who teaches epidemiology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Middle aged white men are at particularly high risk compared to other races.
She said her research shows that youths are engaging in oral sex at increasingly young ages, compared to past generations.

“Our research shows that for men, the number of oral sex partners — as that number increases, the risk of an oral HPV infection increases,” she told reporters.
But with women, the number of sexual partners does not appear to raise the risk.

“Comparing men and women with the same number of sexual partners, a man is much more likely to become infected with oral HPV than a woman.”
Furthermore, women who have a greater number of vaginal sex partners appear to face a lower risk of oral HPV infection, she said.

The reason may be that when women are first exposed to HPV vaginally, they mount an immune response that prevents them from getting an oral HPV infection, she said.
But men do not seem to have equally robust immune responses.

“Men are not only more likely to be infected with oral HPV infection than women, but our research shows that once you become infected, men are less likely to clear this infection than women, further contributing for the cancer risk.”
HPV infection is quite common, and most people clear the virus within a year or two, she said.
In some cases, however, HPV does not go away and can lead to cellular changes in the mouth and throat, which eventually become cancerous.

Oral sex may raise the risk of head and neck cancer by 22 percent, according to a study published January in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).

True Confession: My boyfriend impregnated me and my daughter

http://dailypost.ng/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/Mother-daughter-1.jpg
I am in my early 50s. I am divorced; have been for more than a decade. I live on my own with my three children.

About a year ago, I went into a relationship with a man four years younger than I am. Being married, we meet in my place. As a matter of fact he has the key to my flat. It was better than going to hotels.
Besides, my daughters were grown up to appreciate that I need a man in my life. Well, I thought I could trust him so I gave him permission to come to my house whenever he likes I am in or not. I also assumed my daughters were responsible enough to see him as their father. Unfortunately, I miscalculated. Unknown to me while he was having affairs with me, he was also sleeping with my two older daughters.

I didn’t know what was happening until I took my elders daughter to the hospital following her persistent complains of malaria. I also haven’t been feeling well; so decided to visit the hospital with my daughter.
When the result came out, we were both pronounced pregnant. I was shocked because I didn’t expect to be at y age since I have been having irregular period in the last two years.

At 28, my daughter has never been pregnant. I was happy for her thinking it was the man I knew her with was responsible. Then, it didn’t even occur to me that he [my daughter’s fiancé] has been out of Lagos for three months.
It wasn’t until we got home that the real problem started. We met my boyfriend at home. While I was still thinking of how to break my news to him, a text message came to his phone. After reading the text, he became very agitated so much so he lost concentration.
I was so concerned. I forget what I was about to say and snatched the phone from him to know what got him me very suspicious; I quickly transferred the message to my phone before handing it over to him. I did the transfer while he was struggling to take the phone away from me so, he wasn’t aware of what I did.
I almost fainted when I read the text and discovered it was my daughter telling him that we were both pregnant for him and he should tell me to abort the baby since she was going to keep hers.

She told him if he tried to play smart with her, the whole world would know that he has been sleeping with her mother, sister and herself.
The worst thing now is that he is nowhere to be found. I have tried getting him on his phone numbers but none is going through. The friend I know him with says, he doesn’t know his whereabout and has bluntly refused to take me to his house.
My second daughter has left home for an unknown destination following the revelation by her sister that she too has been sleeping with him.

I am very confused as my daughter and I are stuck without situation. How do I explain to the world that my daughter and I are pregnant for this same man and that he is nowhere to be seen? What should I do please?

Men should stop sucking their wife’s breast, it’s for babies – Wale Oke

breast-sucking
Prof Wale Oke, the Chief Medical Director (CMD) of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH has called on men to stop competing with their babies to suck the wives’ breast.
Oke urged his fellow men to allow their babies to enjoy their natural meal.

He spoke yesterday at the World Breastfeeding Week (WBW). The programme was organised by LASUTH Community Health Department in conjunction with the hospital’s Pediatrics.
According to him, the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding were many.

He said: “When a mother breastfeeds her baby, it creates bond between them. It is also a natural family mechanism. Breast-feeding mothers do not have bone diseases, breast and ovarian cancers”.
Oke said the state had created an enabling environment for mothers with its policies to work and still feed their babies.

“Working and breastfeeding can go together if mothers try because it is necessary to have healthy babies,” he said.
On her part, First Lady of Lagos State, Wife of Lagos State Governor, Mrs Bolanle Ambode urged mothers to breastfeed their babies exclusively for six months so that they can be healthy.
This, according to her, would prevent babies from coming down with childhood diseases, such as cough, diarrhea and catarrh, among others.

Mrs Ambde, represented by the Permanent Secretary of the state’s Civil Service Pension Office, Mrs Ademola Olabowale, said medical science had made it known that breast supplied basic nutrients to newborns, adding that the breast milk remained the most important protein for babies’ growth.
“The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends exclusive breastfeeding for six months, and mixed breastfeeding up to two years,” she said.

Breast milk, she said, usually helps to build the immunity for the newborns, saying it would protect them from childhood killer diseases.

Why regular sex is good for the body – Pharmacist

sex-in-Africa

A Pharmacist at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH), Lanre Alege has stated that regular sex and exercise is good for the body.

He said such lifestyle helps to minimise the risk of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH).
Alege made the call in a lecture entitled: “Minimising the Risk of BPH” at the monthly Keep Fit Exercise for members of staff of the UITH held at the Kwara Stadium.

According to him, the lifestyle changes include; nutrition, limitation of alcohol intake, exercise, sitting habit, dressing mode and regular sexual intercourse.
He described Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH), as a non cancerous growth of the prostate gland.
Alege explained that studies in some developed countries had shown that 50 per cent of men in their 60s and about 80 per cent of those in their 80s suffered from Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH).
“The prostate gland is a secretary gland in the male reproductive organ which is a disease common in men aged 50 and above,” he stated.

“Frequent urination, especially at night, reduces or weakens the flow of urine, difficulty or hesitation in starting urine or holding urine or feeling of incomplete emptying of the bladder after urination,” he said.
“Consumption of red meat everyday triples the chances for prostate disease. Milk intake everyday also doubles the risk while not taking fruits and vegetables multiply the risk.

“Men should avoid tight under wear, as it impacts on circulation around the groin and heat up a bit. Regular sex is good for the prostate,” he said.
