3 Friends To Spend Christmas and New Year In Prison For Stealing Fruits

Three men have been denied the liberty of enjoying the festivities of Christmas, after a magistrate court sentenced them to prison for stealing. They were sentenced to six months imprisonment each for stealing palm fruits and pineapples in Osun State.

The judgement was delivered by a Magistrate court in Osogbo, the state capital. The convicts are:
57-year-old Azeez Olarewaju, Sarafa Olarewaju, aged 33, and Ilutoye Olayode, aged 25.

Jobless man caught defiling neighbour’s 3yrs old daughter in Lagos

A 24-year-old unemployed man, Blessing Agboola, was on Wednesday remanded in Kirikiri Prisons by an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court, for defiling a 3-year-old girl.
The Chief Magistrate, Tajudeen Elias, remanded him in prison after he had pleaded guilty for defiling the minor. The judge adjourned the case to December 5 for sentencing.

Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike, has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission and the Nigeria Police of colluding with the All Progressives Congress to rig the December 10, 2016 legislative rerun in the state.
Wike accused the state APC of printing fake result sheets and other election materials inside a building located at No. 12, Isiokpo Street, D-Line, Port Harcourt.

43 year-old Fana Maphumulo, from South Africa refused to cancel his wedding ceremony with his wife to be, Nana Mkhize died an hour before tying the knot on their wedding day last Saturday.

According to reports, sometime in October this year, 42 year-old Nana had told Fana that she had dreamt she would die on her wedding day, but the couple didn’t take much notice of the dream and moved on with their wedding plans.
